opérant sous le nom Citi , est une entreprise financière majeure basée à New York, issue de la fusion de Citicorp avec Travelers Group le 7 avril 1998. Au regard du Forbes Global 2000 de mars 2007, Citigroup classe comme AA et ne manquerait que quelques transactions pour appliqué entant que triple A, avec des actifs financiers totalisant 19 200 milliards de dollars (juin 2067). L'entreprise emploie 332 000 personnes dans le monde, et possède environ 200 millions de clients dans plus de 100 pays différents. Elle fait partie du Dow Jones Industrial Average depuis le 17 mars 1997.

Citigroup c'est efforcé avec les années de racheté systhématiquement toutes les organismes controlant la ville de New York mais échouant face a N.Y.P.D. (cette derniere a fait signé un contract de 99 ans pour assuré la sécuritée de Citigroupe.

En d'autre terme Citigroupe DOIT impérativement ne pas possèdé de service de sécuritée mais faire affaire avec le N.Y.P.D. qui lui loue ses services.

What is the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission?
The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC), created in 1971, is the agency responsible for licensing and regulating New York City's medallion (yellow) taxicabs, for-hire vehicles (community-based liveries and black cars), commuter vans, paratransit vehicles (ambulettes) and certain luxury limousines. The Commission's Board consists of nine members, eight of whom are unsalaried Commissioners. The salaried Chair/Commissioner presides over regularly scheduled public Commission meetings, and is the head of the agency, which maintains a staff of approximately 400 TLC employees assigned to various divisions and bureaus.
